Hybrid retrieval: when BM25 still wins

Dense retrievers are great at paraphrase, but for rare tokens, IDs and exact attribute matches a lexical channel is still hard to beat. A simple reciprocal rank fusion of both lists gave a more robust baseline than either one alone, and it is cheap to run.
